Pop-pin Ball Knob with weld-on barrel provides a quick, convenient way to adjust height. You may adjust height 2" at a time from 30.5" to 44.5". Please adjust height ONE HOLE AT A TIME. Adjustable height guarantees a fabulous barre workout or ballet training for adults or kids.

Grippy anti-Skid rubber protection feet. Height Adjustable 30" to 44.5". Width is 43.5" across for Single Barre and 58.5" for Double Barre.

Weight limit depends on how many dancers are using the barre and what they are doing. If they are just holding onto it or they are doing leg stretches, there's no weight limit. Freestanding ballet barres are intended for use in keeping balance during ballet/dance exercises. Not for gymnastics.
